Report Vini 2022 di Mediobanca: la nuova indagine sul settore vinicolo italiano segnala numeri in crescita per i big del settore e grandi aspettative per il 2022.
L’Indagine sul settore vinicolo italiano, pubblicata ogni anno dall’Area Studi Mediobanca, si basa su un esame delle 251 principali società di capitali italiane, con fatturato 2020 superiore ai 20 milioni di euro e con ricavi aggregati di 9,3 miliardi di euro, pari all’85,3% del fatturato del settore.
I maggiori produttori italiani di vino, in base ai dati 2021, sono: Cantine Riunite & CIV (fatturato di 635,2 milioni di euro, in crescita del 9,7% sul 2020); Italian Wine Brands (che ha acquisito di recente Enoitalia e Enovation Brand e che raggiunge nel complesso i 423,6 milioni di fatturato); Botter–Mondodelvino (acquisiti da Clessidra, con un fatturato vinicolo di 415 milioni, con un +19,3% nel 2021 rispetto al 2020); Caviro (389,9 milioni, +7,7% nel 2021); Cavit (271 milioni, +29,2% nel 2021); Antinori (265 milioni, +24,6% nel 2021); Santa Margherita (220,6 milioni, +28,3%); Fratelli Martini (219,4 milioni, +5,4%).
Le aziende vinicole italiane che nel 2021 hanno registrato i più significativi incrementi di fatturato sono invece: Tenute Piccini (+61%); Gruppo Lunelli (+57,6%); Terra Moretti (+47,6%); Serena Wines 1881 (+40,1%); Villa Sandi (+32,7%).
Considerando invece la situazione finanziaria e i conti aziendali delle imprese vinicole nelle diverse regioni, scopriamo che i produttori vinicoli toscani sono al primo posto sia dal punto di vista della marginalità (con un ebit margin al 14,6%, davanti alle aziende vinicole piemontesi al 9,8% e a quelle lombarde al 6,7%), sia per la stabilità finanziaria (con debiti finanziari pari al 22,5% del capitale investito). Mentre i maggiori esportatori sono i produttori vinicoli del Piemonte (il 72,2% del fatturato 2021 è derivato dall’export), davanti ai produttori della Toscana (63,8%).
Nel complesso il 2021 è stato un anno di crescita per le aziende italiane del settore vino, con fatturati in aumento del 14,2% (con un +14,8% sul mercato interno e un +13,6% nelle esportazioni), e per il 2022 si prevede una crescita del 4,8% nei fatturati rispetto al 2021 e del 5,6% per l’export.
Pe quanto riguarda infine l’e-commerce, la crescita è stata assolutamente significativa, con un +132,8% nei fatturati 2020 rispetto a quelli del 2019, e un +60% nel 2021 rispetto al 2020. I maggiori player nazionali, su questo fronte, sono Tannico (37,1 milioni di fatturato nel 2020), Vino.com (30 milioni), Bernabei (25,9 milioni), Callmewine (12,4 milioni), XtraWine (7 milioni) e Winelivery (7 milioni).
