Post social sul food & beverage: nell’ultimo anno c’è stato un importante incremento dell’interesse degli utenti per cibi e bevande e per i post a tema sui social network.
I dati internazionali pubblicati a ottobre 2021 da Buzzoole, frutto di un’analisi sui post social food & beverage sui principali canali (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok – analisi basata su oltre 2 milioni di profili e 250 milioni di contenuti), segnalano un incremento dei post a tema food – nell’ultimo anno – del 57,4%, per un totale di 1,59 milioni di contenuti condivisi, e un aumento dei post sul beverage del 36%, per un totale di 311mila contenuti generati. La pandemia, e le restrizioni che hanno interessato i cittadini in quasi tutti i Paesi, hanno dunque aumentato la curiosità e l’interesse delle persone per la gastronomia e la cucina.
Il canale più importante per la condivisione di contenuti food & beverage è Instagram, che ha coperto nell’ultimo anno il 75,64% dei post, seguito da Facebook, Twitter e TikTok. Il successo maggiore, per i food influencer, si registra nel pubblico femminile (66,7%), e su un target giovane (per il 56,53% di età compresa tra i 18 e i 34 anni), ed è così anche in Italia, dove gli stessi creatori di post in ambito food sono in prevalenza donne (60,57%). Nel nostro Paese c’è però una forte presenza maschile in ambito beverage: gli influencer italiani che parlano di drink e bevande sono per il 56% di sesso maschile, e trattano prevalentemente di vino (il 68% degli influencer beverage e wine influencer). D’altronde, a livello globale, il 56% dei contenuti social riguardante bevande ha a che fare con il vino, e nell’ultimo anno i post sul vino sono aumentati del 29,1%.
