Autochtona 2018: l’appuntamento con la nuova edizione della fiera nazionale dei vini autoctoni è a Bolzano nelle giornate di lunedì 15 e martedì 16 ottobre.
Di Autochtona abbiamo già parlato un anno fa qui su Universofood, in occasione dell’ edizione 2017 della rassegna. Il ritorno di Autochtona – con la nuova edizione 2018 – è in programma presso Fiera Bolzano (in Piazza Fiera 1) nelle giornate di lunedì 15 e martedì 16 ottobre, come da tradizione in concomitanza con Hotel (la celebre fiera altoatesina dedicata al settore hotellerie e ristorazione). L’orario di apertura al pubblico è dalle 11 alle 18, è il biglietto d’ingresso – che dà la possibilità di visitare anche la fiera Hotel – costa 30 euro (ridotto a 25 euro con acquisto online).
Ad Autochtona 2018 sono attesi oltre 1.300 visitatori specializzati, saranno presenti più di 350 etichette di vini provenienti da 17 regioni italiane (con la partecipazione di più di 80 aziende vinicole), ed è già stata confermata la presenza di 15 grandi buyer internazionali in arrivo da 10 Paesi. I vini in degustazione e in vendita ad Autochtona sono tutti prodotti da vitigni autoctoni delle regioni italiane, con bianchi e rossi di alta qualità, provenienti in alcuni casi da vitigni rari e ricercati. Oltre all’aspetto commerciale (con la possibilità di incontri B2B tra operatori di settore, aziende vinicole da una parte e buyer dall’altra), ad Autochtona 2018 è in calendario un ricco programma di degustazioni guidate, approfondimenti, focus, conferenze e dibattiti sul mondo dei vini italiani. Nell’ambito di Autochtona 2018 sono inoltre da segnalare il concorso Tasting Lagrein Awards (riservato ai migliori vini del vitigno altoatesino Lagrein), il concorso Autochtona Awards (che premia le sei migliori etichette italiane presenti in fiera), e il grande spazio di degustazione di vini altoatesini Vinea Tirolensis (in programma dopo la chiusura di Autochtona, nella giornata di mercoledì 17 ottobre, dalle ore 11 alle ore 18).
