Si è conclusa la 15°edizione del Salone internazionale dell’alimentazione a Parma dal 10 al 13 maggio “Cibus 2010”. Nei quattro giorni della manifestazione erano presenti 2.500 espositori e si parla di oltre 50.000 visitatori professionali, di cui 7 mila operatori esteri provenienti da 110 Paesi.
L’internazionalizzazione è stata la parola d’ordine di questa edizione di Cibus – che ha visto la partecipazione di tutte le principali aziende agroalimentari italiane, di delegazioni commerciali estere, di buyer della Grande Distribuzione italiana e straniera, del comparto della ristorazione, di mediatori, importatori, ricercatori, di Università e Centri Studi, e della stampa nazionale ed estera.
Tra le aziende premiate: Saclà (conserve e condimenti), Grandi Salumifici Italiani (salumi), Johannes (derivati del pane e cereali), Campodoro (gastronomia), Zanetti e San Lucio ex aequo (formaggi e derivati), Corsini biscotti (dolci), Salumificio Pedrazzoli (prodotti dietetici/biologici), Acqua minerale San Benedetto (bevande), Unaprol (progetti collettivi), Parmacotto e Il Boschetto ex aequo (progetti specialità alimentari).
“Le Fiere – afferma Mauro Ciani Segretario Generale di Confartigianato Imprese Grosseto – sono uno degli strumenti fondamentali per la promozione dei nostri prodotti ed il Consorzio multiregionale IFL “ Italian Food Life style“, di cui Stefano Boschi è il presidente, è un veicolo indispensabile per coniugare bene il rapporto tra gruppi di imprese, mercato e addetti ai lavori. Occorre esportare insieme ai prodotti la nostra cultura alimentare, con la volontà di valorizzarne la bontà e l’unicità dei prodotti. Per ottenere questo risultato le Fiere, gli incoming e le promozioni all’interno dei gruppi commerciali in primis, costituiscono un’occasione unica ed irripetibile per le nostre imprese”.
Boschi infine ha sottolineato anche lo sforzo speciale che va compiuto insieme, imprese ed enti, per favorire l’incoming, la partecipazione dei buyer stranieri: “Attraverso le missioni all’estero si può incrementare l’efficienza e la presenza estera alle manifestazioni e contribuire a rafforzare l´immagine del Made in Italy nel mondo, accrescendo i contatti commerciali delle nostre aziende”.
